Vicroads will display the latest plans and information abut the proposed upgrade.  You are invited to view the plans, have a chat with staff from VicRoads and the Surf Coast Shire Council about the upgrade which includes duplicating lanes on the Great Ocean Road, pedestrian traffic lights, tree removal and landscaping.
