On arrival at the garden, a glass of sparkling wine, beautiful local olives, bread and seasonal dips
The main meal will consist of the following dishes:
Frittata: A delicious blend of local free range eggs, local cheeses and seasonal vegetables
Roasted seasonal vegetables with a choice of yogurt or tahini sauce
Spicy Pumpkin Masala – no heat but plenty of spicy flavour combined with organic spinach, coconut and beautiful pumpkin grown by our event organiser!
Slow roast Lamb with rosemary, garlic and lemon
Warm Lamb shank and barley salad with parsley
Asian duck Salad combining tender, pink local duck with seasonal greens for crunch
To finish:
Local cheese, seasonal fruit and homemade lavosh
Gluten free Pear tart
Spiced Apple crumble with pouring cream
