HOURS OF OPERATION:
The service operates from 9.15am – 2.15pm, Monday to Friday. Attendance cannot exceed more than five hours per day or fifteen hours per week of care. The days and times of operation do vary at times depending on the demand. The days and hours of operation will be displayed on the door at the entrance to the Occasional Care room and at the Community House entrance.
Please note: Parents are requested to keep to the scheduled hours when dropping off and collecting your child. As we are only covered by our insurance for the nominated hours, it is not possible for the staff to accept children outside the nominated hours. Should you arrive before the scheduled commencement of the program, you will need to remain with your child until such time as the service begins operation. It is very important you collect your child on time. Any persons failing to do so will incur a fine of $1.00 per minute they are late. If you know that you are running late please make alternative arrangements, e.g. call a friend, neighbour or emergency contact and call us to inform us of this change.
FEES & PAYMENTS:
The fees for occasional childcare are set at a rate to encourage parents to use the service without causing undue financial strain.
The service does not receive government funding.
CURRENT FEES:
$8.00 per hour
Minimum time five hours – minimum charge $40.00

9.15am – 2.15pm, Monday – Friday
Cancellations must be made by 3.00pm the previous day or full fees are payable.
All fees are to be paid in advance or prior to children attending childcare sessions.
